Held Orders are a great feature. You can allocate parts to a customer and take them out of inventory so they can’t be sold to the wrong person. But when they’re forgotten about, they can cause both cash flow and customer service issues.
Use this Alert to:
- Remind parts personnel that there is a potential issue
- Get the parts billed out
- Supply your customer with the parts they ordered
- Keep inventory counts and values accurate
